The Tahosa Alumni Jim Scott Memorial Award

Jim Scott was a treasured Scouter who loved Camp Tahosa and gave an untold /
unmeasurable amount of his time and talents to Camp Tahosa. He was taken from us all too
soon. In honor of his life and contributions the Alumni Association has established this
memorial award that is bestowed once a year upon worthy individuals who display similar
characteristics, interest, and love of Camp Tahosa.

The nominees for the Jim Scott Memorial will be considered once a year. Nomination forms
must be received by April 15th of each year for consideration.

A committee appointed by the Board of Directors of the Tahosa Alumni Association will
meet and consider all nomination forms received by April 15th
of each year. The
presentation of the names of those selected will be made annually at the Tahosa Alumni
Association Reunion Picnic, normally held during the month of June.

The committee may not know all nominees so it is very important for you to supply as much
information as possible about your nominee. The committee will rely totally on the
information supplied by you, so please make as complete as presentation of your nomination
as possible.

The number of actual names to be added to the memorial shall be determined by the
committee on a yearly basis and will be partially determined by the number of nominations
received.

All nomination forms must be received by April 15th
and mailed to:
Tahosa Alumni Association
P.O. Box 102938
Denver, CO 80250-2938

We commend you for taking an interest in recognizing the special people who have helped
